A member is anyone you invite into a workspace. Admins are counted separately and have full access to everything. A visitor is anyone who opens a shared gallery, workspace or upload zone through a link, like event attendees, clients or press. No account needed, and visitors are unlimited and free on both plans.
No. People who browse, search, download or upload through a shared link never need a seat, on either plan. You only pay for members and admins.
Nothing breaks and nothing gets deleted. We reach out to move you to the next storage step. On Starter that usually means moving to Growth, which starts at 1 TB.
Yes. You can move from Starter to Growth at any time, and every Growth plan can grow with extra storage, admins, members and add-ons whenever you need them.
With Import manager, our import add-on for Growth. Send us everything you have, all the terabytes, and then walk through your own folder structure visually: mark what moves to Clipido, what gets tagged, and which form it belongs to. No spreadsheet mapping like other platforms make you do. It is a one-time fee based on your storage, and your import is done in days.
